How much does storage cost?

Our rates are calculated based on the space you require and the location you wish to store. With our extensive range of self-storage facilities, enquire directly with our team for a free personalised quote.

 

What sort of things am I unable to store?

You can store almost anything, with the exception of items that are sentimental or irreplaceable, as well as any hazardous, illegal, stolen, perishable, environmentally harmful, explosive, corrosive, or alive.

We also advise against storing high-value items unless you have the appropriate insurance.

 

Do I have 24/7 access?

Although 24-hour access is not guaranteed, most of our locations can offer 24-hour access 7 days a week upon sign-up.

Is there a minimum period I can store my goods for?

We require a minimum lease sign-up of 3 months.

 

If I require a larger unit, what options do I have?

If you run out of space, you can take on an additional storage unit, or terminate your Agreement (in line with our notice period to vacate) and take on a larger unit. You will need to complete a new storage agreement for any new unit.

What is the notice period to vacate?

Either party may terminate the Agreement by giving the other party not less than 30 days’ prior written notice after the initial term has expired.

Do you have a key for my unit?

Lock requirements vary by location and unit type. While tenants typically provide their own locks, you’re welcome to supply staff with access keys for emergency situations.

 

Can I drive to my unit?

The majority of our self-storage units & locations are accessible by driving directly to your self-storage unit door. 

What about insurance?

The cost for self-storage is not inclusive of contents insurance. We recommend discussing with your preferred insurance provider the most suitable option for coverage.

How can I transport my goods to your self-storage facility?

We do not offer transport services; however, we can advise the height limits at each of our locations, so please ensure you enquire prior to booking your removalist.

What are my payment options?

We accept debit cards and credit cards for payment via direct debit or payment via manual Bank Transfer.

Payment terms vary depending on your chosen payment method, and invoices will be sent on a monthly basis. We also accept quarterly, bi-annual, or annual payments in advance.

Is the site secure?

We take every measure to ensure our storage facility is as secure as your home. All sites have 24-hour CCTV, restricted after-hours access to the general public, and are patrolled by security and/or staff.

Can I give my 24-hour access device to others, e.g. friends, relatives or removalists?

We advise that you do not give your card out to anyone other than the alternative contact person you have nominated to have access to the Agreement.  

Do you have a bin I can use?

Unfortunately, we do not have hard rubbish or general bins onsite for your use, so please ensure you gather all your items and rubbish with you when you leave, or you may be penalised.
